Made from Espadín Agave Angustifolia Haw, this is a product that derives from a farming process executed by families of millenary knowledge and traditions. The preparation of the land, the sowing of the agave in the arid soil, and the harvesting, are phases of a ritual between man and nature that can last from 6 to 8 years, when the agave has fully grown.
This mezcal of exquisite aroma and refined body is achieved by carefully selecting the best agave plants from our plantations in San Juan del Río and thoroughly applying ancient preparation techniques that manage to extract from the plant its very essence.
