Shipping Policy
We will aim to ship your order within 48 hours of it being placed.

We ship Monday to Friday, except bank holidays.
Please allow up to 28 days for the delivery of your order, however, under normal circumstances, your order should be with you in 2-4 business days.

We use a 2-4 business days insured courier service.
Packing and Shipping costs are £3.75 for any transaction up to £30. Free shipping for any order over £30.
Coffee Orders:
To guarantee the freshness of your coffee, we only roast a certain amount a week. Depending on demand, this should only add a couple of days for your order to be delivered.
All our coffee is roasted to either a medium or medium-dark roast.
Return & Exchange Policy
If goods arrive damaged or not as described, an exchange or a full refund (including shipping costs) will be offered, when the claim is made within 28 days of the item being notified as "delivered" by our courier/delivery partners.

All accessories are sold under Manufacturer's Warranty Terms.

For unwanted products that are not faulty, an exchange will be offered, within 28 days of the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, in their original condition and include all packaging. Return of unwanted items to us is at customers’ own cost.
